Not all suppliers ship materials with barcodes making the job of material inward and QA all the more critical from an inventory accuracy and inventory traceability perspective.

Our Material Inward & QA module is developed t accommodate all the challenges that are facet by managers in inward and material receipt operations.

This module can be customized to suit the needs of both warehousing and manufacturing operations.

Once deployed, this modules ensures that every unit of inventory is individually tracked, identified with suitable markers (barcode, RFID, NFC, BLE, etc.) depending on the nature of products.

Put-away

An efficient material receipt operations needs to be backed by a robust put-away operation.

Inventory awaiting put-way is simply inventory paid for but unavailable for servicing customer orders. So a timely and accurate put-away ensures all the inventory that is received is available for picking and reduced the overall dock-to-stock time.

Our put-away module has been developed for work either independently (in absence of WMS) where the module can us used to generate put lists and track put-away progress or in integrated mode, where client’s existing WMS package delivers the put list and our put-away module tracks the progress of each item in the put lists to ensure the accuracy of put-away operation is timely and error-proof.

Picking

Picking

Avancer Systems’ Picking module is developed to digitize picking operations, eliminating paper documents and empowering every warehouse picker to seek information and send feedback in real time. We achieve all this as a fraction of the cost of deploying conventional Hand Held Terminals (HHTs).

In addition to assisting the picker, the module allows warehouse managers to track work load by each picker, assign tasks and track activity progress in real time.

The packing and order consolidation teams are given clear and timely instructions to process items picked thereby ensuring there is no bottlenecking at packing and order consolidation areas.

The module comes with a dock mapping feature that ensures that every package is delivered to the correct dispatch dock and loaded in the correct truck.

Our assembly & kitting module is a modern replacement for traditional pick-to-light solutions. It takes the concept of "information to operator" and "feedback from operator" to a whole new level wherein, the module acts as a real time assistant that provides activity related information to operator upon request.

The module also provides assembly managers with flexibility to send instructions in real time to specific kitting or assembly stations ensuring that the operator always receives correct information at the correct time.
